"Very cute and rural. 20 mins from Selfoss but little light pollution in the area. We saw the northern lights from the hot tub! but they were easier to see when we took a drive. Very convenient to a lot of golden circle stops and great that it had a restaurant because there aren't many super close. Did not have ice or free coffee and there was no breakfast available. Kitchen was nice to have for sure. There was no oil or anything though. Hot tubs and shower were very hot! Cabin was also cozy. You cannot control the temperature. "

"I rented this property with my siblings and all of our families. Wow, what an amazing find. The location was very central in Iceland so getting to spectacular views in the Golden Circle was very quick and even pretty easy to get to further destinations like Vik. The house itself was incredible, very modern and easy to navigate. There were a lot of us, but the layout was such that we were able to each have our own space. One note is whoever gets the upstairs room won't have a door, so no late night cards unless they're playing too! The view off the back was absolutely incredible and something we'll keep with ourselves forever. Communication was excellent throughout the process, would definitely recommend."
