"Great little cabin.plenty big enough for 2 The shower stall was a little tight but the room was clean and very comfortable. My wife and i had the trout for dinner. I cant rave enough about it. I can highly recommend this hotel."

"Had the most amazing stay here. Beautifully appointed cottages with panoramic views surrounding. The cottages are amazing inside, warm, cozy and the most incredible bed. Jul 30, 2019We ate at the Heradsskolim Hostel which is an old schoolhouse converted to a hostel and dining area. It was nice but dinner does not start until 6:30. There is also a grocery and gas station plus a few other eateries (Fontana, Lindin). Nice area!

Sep 2, 2018This is great for individuals, couples or families. It is in a small town but Iceland is full of small towns! Laugarvatn is on the Golden Circle route and has amenities close by.
