"Lovely property in the perfect location for us near family and friends. We v much appreciated the cosy farmhouse and warm welcome. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into striking the right balance between luxury accommodation while only a stones throw from Dartmoor or the coast. What more could you ask for than homemade salted caramel brownie's on arrival or welcoming in the new year in the hot tub, with fizz and majestic fireworks in front of us."

"Excellent! Looking for somewhere that provides a relaxed spacious ambience for families of 10 during half term breaks is hard and this 600 year old Farmhouse perfectly met our needs. Very comfortable, clean and warm. We loved the Aga, for cooking too and wood burner in evenings. Easy access to beaches, coastal towns/villages as well as good walking terrain on/off road for our high energy young people & grandchildren. Need to be reasonably fit for walking activities, could present mobility issues...

"The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of storage baskets/drawers for everyone's things. Beds were comfy and the showers were hot and powerful. We loved the wood fire in the evenings and the children loved the garden and stream. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everyone is keen to go again. The only tiny negative was having to pay for the pool table. However that paled in comparison to the rest of our stay. Definitely a gem...
