A very friendly and comfortable stay. Great hospitality and excellent tips on activities and places to eat. Breakfast and dinner were also delicious. Would go back in a heartbeat and will be recommending to friends and family.

We had an excellent experience at Delta Hotels Saguenay during our October 1 meeting. The team was efficient, friendly, and very accommodating to our needs. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made coordinating the event so much easier, and our participants were very pleased with the service. My stay (3 nights) at Auberge was very charming. The owners and staff were so friendly. My view of the frozen St. Lawrence was spectacular, where the beautiful church across the street was also a sight to see as the sun rose each morning. Each breakfast was delicious, as were the two dinners I had. I highly recommend the Auberge Le Four A Pain. Jonathan White (Maryland, USA).

My family and I had a great time staying Entourage, the view was phenomenal from my Penthouse room. And the bar and restaurant downstairs offer great selection of beverages and foods. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn’t try the spa services at the resort but look forward to going back for another vacation.

Great location and we were there on a weekend when the artists were out. Realize you better have reservations for dinner on a weekend or …… We didn’t and couldn’t get in anywhere. We went to the Maxi grocery store nearby and picked up fruit, bread, and cheese. We had a good breakfast at the Orange Bistro.

We did a 'tour of Canada' by car. We stayed in Saguenay for 3 nights, Charlevoix for 1, Quebec City for 2, Montreal for 2 and Kingston for 1. This hotel was one that the kids will remember for years to come. It was incredibly unique and the view was spectacular. Hot tub was a bonus and had all of the 'creature comforts' that you could hope for. The loft bed was a highlight as it provided stunning unencumbered views down the mountain. Just simply beautiful.

The laundry was small but no problem getting it done. Very helpful staff. Great views of the river.

Staying at Auberge Baker during our trip to Quebec City was the perfect choice. Maybe it was just because we stayed during the "off" season (late December, between Christmas and NYE), but wow, you really get maximum bang for your buck here! Included in the price of the room was breakfast each morning at the restaurant, which is top-tier Quebecois cuisine.
