Classic Swiss 5 star. As expected. Rooms are a bit dated. Shower is terrible. Would definitely stay again but room is underwhelming

ibis Lausanne Centre
Staff was nice and while location was a bit far, it was very easy to get down the hill via bus quickly. Our room flooded however which was frustrating...staff did accommodate us by moving rooms.

Hotel Mirabeau, BW Signature Collection
Very nice stay. Hotel Mirabeau is only an eight minute walk from the main train station -- most importantly, it is a relatively flat eight minute walk in steeply hilly Lausanne, so it is easy to get to and from the station. Given that Lausanne is an excellent base for lots of wonderful day trips ...
