"La Casona de Nene is a B&B just off Arzua main street. The room was acceptably spacious and decorated with great attention to details in a heavy flowery style, however it did not have any writing desk but only a rack to hang clothes. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom had a basic toiletries supply and unfortunately a very annoying sensor-activated light, which kept going on and off with excessive frequency. "Staff was amazing. They even booked a taxi for me the next morning so I could catch my bus back after the Camino. Dinner recommendations were flawless and thoughtful ... I plan to recommend this place to all my friends. If you're on the Camino, it's close enough so you can stop here on the way to Santiago, or use it as a base for the night after. "

"Great hotel. Air conditioning worked well in November to keep my wife cool for sleeping. Bed was really comfy and the property was lovely. Enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and coffee as well as the dinners. The short walk to the historic center and Cathedral de Santiago was great. It rained the entire time we were there but the service, food and comfortable room made up for not being to explore as much of the town as we wanted. Excellent and friendly service. Also great on site underground parking garage. Would highly recommend staying here."
