welcome to CASA TONIO villa with garden seaview and outside jacuzzi. A villa tha can house 8, for rent at Cavi di Lavagna on the Gulf of Tigullio. Located above the quaint seaside town of Cavi Borgo with its restaurants and shops, CASA TONIO is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards with spectacular view of the sea and the headland of Portofino a here 1,5 km from the seaside where guest have access to private parking. It is ideal for those looking to relax in the countryside or by the sea. After visiting one of the many interesting sights such as FIVE LANDS, PORTOFINO, CAMOGLI less than half an hour away, only 2 hours drive from MILAN, FLORENCE, an houur from PISA and 40 minuts from LUCCA and GENOA. Relax in the Jacuzzi in the garden sipping a glass of wine. CASA TONIO has a wine cellar with italian wines from fine wine growers you can choose from. The villa was finished in May 2012 the garden plants are growing. Reservetion from June 2012. We raccomend the use of a car. Possibility to rent locally assistance on arrival and trought out your stay want a real ligurian dinner on the terrace ? We can arrange it for you book on site

Our two families loved our stay at this beautiful home, and Flaminia is a generous and gifted host who made our arrival easy (meeting us in town to guide us). The house is well proportioned, comfortable and clean, however the views are spectacular, and well worth being a little out of town to enjoy! Would thoroughly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The home is beautiful and very clean. The surroundings are beautiful and the view is incredible. It is a great location to visit Cinque Terre and Portofino and the rest of the Italian Riviera. Flaminia was a great host with great information of where to go and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

A very spacious and clean villa with an incredible sea view. There are beautiful vineyards and olive groves all around. Everything you need for rest and even more is available in the villa. The stay was perfect

Our stay at the villa was spectacular. The view was absolutely amazing. The pictures just donโ€™t do the home justice. Flamina was wonderful as well. She is very responsive and understanding. The home itself has everything you need, very clean, and has all the modern touches you kay want.

We enjoyed two weeks at Casa Tonio with family and friends! The home is beautifully decorated, and Flaminia is an incredible host! She provided great information and advice (and treats!) throughout our stay. We spent time in Cavi, Sestri Levante, Cinque Terre, Portofino, and Santa Margherita Ligure. There is so much to do and see in this area with easy travel via train, boat and/or car. We enjoyed coming home to the villa each night to watch the sunset on the terrace or in the hot tub! The views are incredible! We enjoyed our stay so much, and highly recommend this property!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful holiday home! Everything was super clean and tidy, and Flaminia, the owner, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, even surprising us with delicious tiramisu โ€“ a really thoughtful gesture that made our vacation extra special. Flaminia was always available via WhatsApp and gave us plenty of great tips for excursions and restaurants, which made our stay even better. We especially loved the pizza oven in the garden โ€“ a real highlight! It was also very convenient that Flaminia provided parking spaces in the village. The hot tub was wonderful, but it would have been nice if someone had come by after a few days to check the chlorine levels โ€“ that's our only small suggestion for improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would love to come back again!

Das Haus und die Lage ist in wirklich noch schรถner als auf den Bildern. Anreiseinfos waren super, Flaminia hat uns unten in Ort abgeholt und ist nur uns zum Haus gefahren. Total รผberrascht und riesig gefreut haben wir uns, dass wir mit einem komplett gedeckten Tisch mit allerlei Antipasti empfangen wurden. Das Haus selbst ist sehr groรŸ, tolle helle Schlafzimmer zum Teil mit Meerblick. Alles in allem ein top ausgestattetes Haus mit liebevoller Einrichtung. Toller Garten mit groรŸer Terrasse, Whirlpool, Pizzaofen. Flaminia gibt super Infos zur Umgebung und ist bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt - wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Es passte einfach alles, tolles Haus, toller Empfang (der Tisch war gedeckt und mit Antipasti und Wein konnten wir erst einmal ankommen), sehr gute Betreuung (wir haben viele Empfehlungen bekommen), der Whirlpool mit Aussicht ein Traum und am vorletzten Abend bekamen wir auch noch ein selbstgemachtes Tiramisu. Sehr zu empfehlen

Also ich kann hier keine 5Sterne vergeben: Zufahrt zum Objekt uiuiui. Fast tรคglich der Gรคrtner da. Der Pool jeden zweiten Tag ohne Chlor. Die Klima tropfte in einem Zimmer zwei Wochen lang so dass der Boden schon Schaden genommen hat. Trotz mehrmaligem Beanstanden interessierte das niemanden. Alles in allem war das Haus fรผr den Preis zu teuer.

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Wir hatte keine einzige Reklamation und konnten alles nutzen, was in der Beschreibung steht. Pool und Aussicht natรผrlich der Hammer. Den Umgan mit dem Pizzaofen muss man รผben :-) Aber toll ist, รผberhaupt einen zu haben. Einziges Manko: Die Autobahn ist schon deutlich zu hรถren, wenn einen das stรถrt.

Vier Freundinnen die seit รผber 20 Jahren jedes Jahr eine Woche Ferien verbringen. In diesen vielen Jahren haben wir noch nie eine Unterkunft wie diese gehabt. Von A bis Z alles hervorragend. Das Haus war blitzsauber, die Ausstattung in der nicht das Geringste fehlte. Speziell zu erwรคhnen ist die รผberaus freundliche Betreuung vor Ort. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter. La villa Tonio est une magnifique villa avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Elle trรจs spacieuse, amรฉnagรฉe avec beaucoup de goรปt et tout ร  fait conforme ร  la description. Nous avons รฉtรฉ bien acceuillis par la propriรฉtaire qui nous avait prรฉparรฉ l'apรฉro avec des produits locaux. Wir haben Ligurien zum ersten mal besucht und waren begeistert. Unser Ferienhaus hatte eine traumhafte Lage, es war groรŸzรผgig und bot die verschiedensten Mรถglichkeiten fรผr gemeinsame Aktivitรคten oder fรผr einen privaten Rรผckzug. Das Wetter war sehr warm und sonnig, baden im Meer war eine angenehme Abkรผhlung. Die Restaurants vor Ort boten lokale Kรผche mit freundlichem und kompetenten Service. Wir haben das Raieรผ und das Melograno besucht und kรถnnen beide empfehlen. In der Umgebung kann man einkaufen und bummeln in Sestri Levante oder Ciavari. Fรผr Ausflรผge eigenen sich Genua oder Cinque terre oder Rappalo mit Bootstrip via Portofino nach San Fruttuoso. Allen die Ligurien besuchen wollen - viel Vergnรผgen!

Heerlijke week vlak bij het strand. Twee parkeerplekken vlakbij het strand.heerlijk huis om met twee gezinnen en hond te verblijven. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis. Je moet wel een auto hebben om dingen in de buurt te doen. Cavi is wat beperkt dorpje, sestrie Levante is een bruisend stadje in de buurt met alles wat je nodig hebt. Flaminia en haar man Stefano zijn super gastvrij en altijd goed bereikbaar. Als er wat is regelen ze dat meteen.

The house was beautful, well isulated (we were there in early spring), great kitchen, wonderful view, lots of space, warm whirlpool, pizza oven...All you need is there, and lots more.

Wir verbrachten im April eine wunderbar entspannte Woche im Casa Tonio. Das Haus รผbertraf unsere Erwartungen, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen erdenklichen Accessoires ausgestattet. Fรผr sieben Erwachsene war Platz im รœberfluss, der gern genutzte Pizzaofen reicht fรผr ein ganzes Restaurant, ebenso der Weinschrank mit ligurischen und piemontesischen Weinen zu sehr gรผnstigen Preisen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend. Flaminia war eine super nette und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die uns viele Tipps gab, immer erreichbar war und -als Krรถnung- einen leckeren Empfangstisch gedeckt hatte. Wanderwege direkt am Haus erlauben, das Auto stehen zu lassen, um zu den sehr empfehlenswerten Restaurants im Ort zu gelangen. Kritikpunkte: Fehlanzeige. Gesamteindruck: Traumhaft. Wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder.

Wir durfen eine herrlichen Woche in diesem wirklich wunderschรถnen Haus verbringen. Dieses Haus ist mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, angenehm und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit einem sehr schรถnen gedeckten Tisch mit vielen leckeren Dingen begrรผรŸt. Super lecker, vielen Dank dafรผr. Auch wรคhrend unserem Aufenthalt wurden wir mit leckerem Triamisu verwรถhnt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

One week vacation at this property was not enough. Views are better than those on the pictures. Excellent location. First, we worried that it is a bit far from Cinque Terre but it was ok, and the nearby towns were beautiful, we liked them even better. The villa was pretty modern and well kept, plenty of space, much more spacious than we thought. We got welcome gifts from Flaminia but we will not tell you details as it has to be a surprise. She was a great host and responded immediately to all the requests during our stay. The place is a great value, and we were really lucky we made the decision to spend our vacation there.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Casa Tonio. Flaminia was a wonderful host and helped us with making dinner reservations and was responsive to all our needs. We totally enjoyed dining Al fresco on the beautiful patio overlooking the Mediterranean . The sunsets were a site to behold! The house was quite comfortable with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. There was plenty of storage in each bedroom. The sheet were changed each week. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and Flaminia had a nice variety of wines to enjoy. We also loved the tiramisu that her husband made for us. The hot tub was an added pleasure. We did have an issue with a nest of yellow jackets and mosquitoes. But, all in all, we had a wonderful stay at Casa Tonio and would highly recommend it if you are interested in visiting the Italian Riviera. Donna and Susan

Lovely, stylish, well equipped holiday property. Flaminia had prepared a spread of breads, meats and other nibbles, which was an unexpected welcome after our drive from Milan. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was invaluable, as the weather was so hot and we enjoyed using the hot tub, bbq and even tried the pizza oven! A great stay was had by all!
