Clean and nice but rooms are smaller than on picture. Narrow stairs but good elevator. Construction in the area and loud bars till 1 am. Had to have windows open due to no AC and that was unfortunate with all the loud voices! Would be better in spring / fall winter with windows closed. That said the bed and pillows very comfy and clean. For the price it’s better than expected.

It is very conveniently located to access the sncf and downtown. The rooms are small but very well appointed. Very safe and clean area.
