The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. "The property is a 200 acre wide area around the river mula. We had a nice family vacation along with good food and fun activities like horse riding , boating and byclying. Overall it was a very good experience. The only downside was food as it was expensive and there were no options to order ala-carte."

Outer Balcony connected to the Room had leakage and water clogging. Fan in bedroom was not functioning properly at low speeds. Smart TV provided in one room with some free channels.
