"We really had a great time at the Location. There is a nice kitchen with everything you need and more for cooking for a group. Bathrooms and bedrooms were just as shown in the pictures - nice and Clean! We Loved the Basketball court and that there are different possibilities to play games. There are a donkey, sheeps, goats, turtles and cats Just around the corner - so great experience for everyone who loves animals. We will come back for sure :)"

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und dem Vermieter. Ein sehr netter Mann der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Der Pool ist super Sauber und hat unseren Kindern sehr viel Freude gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"Die Begrüßung war herzlich. Uns wurde ein Obstkorb und Wein hinterlassen. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Zum Strand lief man ca. 7 Minuten. Eine absolute Weiterempfehlung."

"Wir haben wieder 3 wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Und würden gerne sofern es möglich ist auch nächstes Jahr wieder kommen🙂. Alles war vorbereitet und wir wurden durch Mara wieder liebevoll mit Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten versorgt.da wir immer Ende September gehen genießen wir die Ruhe und beschaulichkeit des schönen Ortes. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!"

"Grand logement, bien équipé et bien situé entre Split, Zadar, Biograd (sans intérêt), le parc de Kra, etc.. La piscine était très appréciable et bien aménagée. Nous avons pu manger dehors (il faisait très chaud) bien que l'accès des appartement vers l'extérieur n'est pas le pus pratique. Quelques réparations seraient à prévoir (fenêtres, fauteuil extérieur,... ) mais sans impact pour le confort. Mieux vaut maîtriser le Croate ou l'Allemand pour échanger avec les propriétaires (adorables)."

"First of all-before we even arrived to the house-communication and hospitality was amazing, Vines was super helpful and provided us with all of the infos that we didnt even know we need. Second of all-location is just PERFECT. Literally 30seconds walking distance from the beach. Proximity of small stores, gas station and beaches just within 3min of walking. Third-house is beautiful and fully equiped with all the kitchen appliances that you need and more and it is also beautifully decorated with...

"Durch die Insellage ist es etwas teurer auf Iž und es gibt nicht immer alles in den Lebensmittelläden, aber wir waren selten so entschleunigt! Die Lage ist grandios. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder…"

"We loved this hotel. Very conveniently located in town. Loved proximity to the water and the walk on the wall and very close to the market and even the old ruins and waterfront for sunset. The town is great! My daughter was not feeling well. They helped us with the pharmacy and also delivered a perfect dinner for her. Breakfast was very good. Friendly, great service. Wished we were staying longer!"

"Really nice hotel, good restaurant and outdoor seating area is very nice and relaxed, its around 10minute to Zadar old down, so not too far to reach the many restaurants. The direct area around the hotel does not really have any bars/restaurants only a couple of supermarkets. Other than that its been a good stay"
