"I stayed for 3day it was a great stay. The staff was friendly, food was good, spa and polo also cleans and tight. Room was clean and spacious. Not far from town 11mins by car, zoo and shopping centre. Overall a great stay. "

"Overall the hotel was very nice, the only let down was something outside of it's control in that there were a few people doing loud wheelspins etc on the road outside which made it hard to sleep. Other than that, service was lovely, breakfast was great with a really good selection available. Parking spaces were small, but I'd say that was to be expected."

"Name check for Jordan ( front of house ) This gentleman went above and beyond. As ITFC were playing at home I had to park temporarily on yellow lines in the car park. He offered to move his own car do I could park. "

Reception changed our rooms to ground floor on request at arrival, as allocated rooms were not easily accessed, lots of stairs up and down and corridors. Breakfast ok on Saturday but not very hot, tea and coffee machine dispensing very weak and tasteless coffee and tea. Parking good, but quite along waln to reception. "
