"The hotel was very modern, hip and clean. I was amazed at the high level of service I received from the managers, Davide and his wife. The service was at the level of a 5 star hotel. The breakfast buffet and casual cafe/wine bar made it nice to stay in. I found the value was great for such a moderate prlce. I look forward to staying again. "

"The old town area doesn't disappoint: beautiful historical buildings, narrow cobblestone roads with boutiques and local restaurants to explore. Caffe del Arte is so close to all, walkability score is high: town square, churches and waterfront trail. The Zebra Room is nicely appointed: great firm bed, dining table and great storage space. "Pro's and cons: Pro's first: good location, a short drive from Luino, a good sized lakeside town. You can take ferries from Luino all round the lake, including to the Borromean islands. "This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "
