"There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool. Nice clean place, beautiful setting, 7 minutes to the waterfront by car. Ascona is a lovely little place with a lively waterfront scene. All in all, ne of the best spots we have ever rented. "

"Good communication with Christian @ happy home rentals, a large apartment, a 2 seater couch was a shame but ok. we missed ventilators / airco so with 30+ degrees was very uncomfortable in the evenings. Kitchen with fridge / freezer was great. Coffee machine was also good. Beds were comfy and plenty of space for all luggage 👍"

"Das Haus ist umwerfend schön mit traumhaftem Ausblick, wenn auch in die Jahre gekommen, was uns überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas schwierig (zumindest über das Portal), der Kontakt mit seiner vor Ort im Haus lebenden Schwester war jedoch sehr gut. Der Pool war zwar sehr kalt (18-19 Grad), aber eine willkommene Abkühlung! Wir haben uns dank des Wetters nahezu ausschließlich draußen aufgehalten, was mit drei kleinen Kindern wunderbar war. Hätten wir uns...

"Our five days at the apartment was supposed to be rainy but ended up being warm and sunny every day. We loved being able to use the pool and the room was spacious and newly remodeled. The hosts were very accommodating and I enjoyed conversing with them. They provided me with tips on the area too. There was a nice bakery and a cortina restaurant a few minutes walk away. The pretty garden that surrounded the house was an extra bonus."

"Lage und Kontaktperson top. Der angepriesen Balkon ist leider der Laubengang im Innenhof, bzw. Wohnungseingang. Keine Klimaanlage, was unter dem Dach doch sehr heiss war. Schade, das der Innenhof vernachlässtig wird, da müssten aber alle Besitzer mit ziehen, dann wäre es spezieller. Genossen haben wir es trotz allem. Nahe zum Seebad und der Piazza am See. Cannobio immer wieder einmal für ein langes Wochenende."

"Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem hervorragenden Ausblick. Sogar das tägliche Fitness Programm ist vorhanden. 98 Stufen bis zum Haus. Aber die Lage ist wunderschön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."
