"Amazing hotel in the heart of the city. Plunge pool was excellent after a long drive. Try the little bakery to the right as you leave the hotel. Amazing!"

"It was an amazing place, the garden we loved it and the view every morning having breakfast and watching sunset just woow. I really recommend it for everyone and if you live there you really need to taste the food at the restaurant Windy Place, very good service felt like home."

"+ The location is very close to the beach and many cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. + The balcony has a nice sea view. + The room was clean and the cleaning was ok. - The entrance of the building looks a bit worn out. - The gym downstairs causes a bit of noise from time to time. - The trip to the old city was longer than I expected. All in all, a nice basic suites, but next time I will choose a little closer to the old town."

"This is one of those places where you doubt if you’ll spill the secret and tell everyone how amazing it is. Bali itself is very touristic, but this little bay is a paradise. The ocean is as perfect as can be, the taverna’s around all great with authentic Greek owners and all the hospitality that comes with that. "Could not fault the staff, Swimming pool and bar. Rooms are dated but clean and everything there you would need. Would defiantly return. "

"The suite was amazing. Very modern, it was new and it showed. very short walk to multiple beaches & the view from the rooftop infinity pool was to die for. If your planning on staying at bali in Crete ( a little seaside village ) I highly recommend this place"

"Nice, clean, and comfortable, with very good service. There is not much we could possibly complain about. I would say the pool, at just over 5m, is more for a splash than for swimming, but for kids this was still perfect. It is walkable to the local seaside village (Bali), but only just, and would not recommend doing so in there heat. Get a car instead, or mybe the local tourist train which had a terminal about 15 mins walk away. Bali village also has good facilities and beaches."

"Food was really amazing in the buffet, you never tired of the variety and quality. Pool and the beach service was great, overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room quality was 1st rate. One minor issue in the maisonette is the very small wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom a small set of drawers would help. Top hotel."

"Vacation was great. The hotel is well maintained and the service is excellent. We didn't have WiFi service in our room and they provided a modem for a wireless connection. The beach is small and not the greatest, but pools are nice. They should have recycling bins and not just garbage bins. Also the tour we booked to Knossos and Heraklion was just a private taxi taking us around and the taxi driver wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible. Not the nicest. Overall, our stay was great. My kids loved the pool and the kids' club. The young ladies who played with and entertained the kids were extremely nice and friendly."
