"Housekeeping was poor, the room I had was poorly maintained for the three days I was resident with cleanliness ignored, facilities not supplied or replenished properly when supplied. Wi-fi was a joke in these days with metered and a need to get daily "tickets" to gain access, this is 2023 not 2003! Staff gave the impression that I was an irritation rather than welcomed. "Stayed at Mantri's to attend a wedding at the same location. It was very convenient to be able to access the room easily close to the wedding venue. However, the entrance to the hotel has about 7-8 steps which older people may find difficult to climb. It would have been nice to have a walk-in entrance without steps. Service was excellent.
