"The rooms were nice with tall ceilings. However, the tall ceilings meant it was built with little insulation between floors. Yes, that means every step your upstairs neighbor took pounded through to your room below. I would suggest a top floor room, if that is an option. It's also concerning that the price of the room was 50% higher than a room outside of Philly or Boston for similar hotel (in one case both hampton's). This shouldn't be the case for Buffalo, but it fit our driving schedule...

"Super clean, friendly staff, free breakfast wasn’t much but it’s free so hard to complain. Would definitely stay again!"

"Clean room, Nice bathroom and shower. However, the breakfast had much to be desired. The choices of food were very limited. The only hot food option was a Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwich with some of the worst sausage I've ever eaten. Not a good start to our day."

"Filthy floors throughout, a/c didn't work in 1st room. TV was almost impossible to turn on. Parking lot was completely crumbled. Phone number we were supposed to call went straight to voice mail which was not set up yet. Will never go back. Avoid at all costs."
