The hotel staff is very friendly. Usually it’s late when we check in. The staff is Always ready to get us checked in. After driving all day we always know they are there for us.

Staff were kind and courteous. Pool area was unsafe, transfer chairs, for the disabled, were rusty. Hot tub was lukewarm and the pool was extremely cold. Room was clean except for the sheer curtains above the heater which were filthy. We felt the heater were filthy as well.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, good amenities, close to restaurants and shopping. Easy on/off from interstate. Pet fees are low!

The staff was friendly and check in was fast. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The only problem was the bathroom sink. It was clogged and wouldn't drain. We reported it to the front desk and they gave us a tool to use to unblock the sink. It did not help much.

Toilet didnt flush, plug to tub was broken and the staff was aware and didnt do anything about it. Heater was loud and they put a football team on the floor above us and they were stomping on the floor tell 2 am. The breakfast was nothing and it was very disappointing.
