it is a wonderful hotel with excellent location ...loopy area is very refreshing with a lot of arts ...rooms are spacious clean well decorated with new furniture and modern large smart TVs not to mention the fast free WiFi ...the breakfast was very good and the staff were professional with fast chk in and chk out ...the only drawback point was related to slow elevators

I have always believed Riu in Bahamas is number one until I visited Riu Dubai . It’s supper clean . The Buffet options are great. The food is fantastic. The entertainment sector is a little lacking if you opt to stay in the facility. Will definitely rebook again in a few years. Keep up the great work. Shout out from Plymouth , Mass.

Everything about it was such an experience. First time in Dubai and my family enjoyed it! The beach was perfect and safe. The lifeguards were amazing and so friendly. The pools were so nice! The dinning areas were perfect. We took half board so we got breakfast and lunch/dinner was optional for us, but you can only take one of them and the other option you would have to pay out of pocket. Other than that, the staff was fantastic and we always came to a clean hotel room after our fun-filled day...

Clean and great location

This is a great hotel. Lots of restaurant options. Very close to the airport but extremely quiet. Kind and attentive staff. Very clean. Couldn't be nicer.

5 star from top to bottom! Very kind staff… I forgot my phone in a taxi, and the staff got in touch with the taxi driver and had my phone returned. Amazing service, I highly recommend staying here if you go to Dubai.

My short stay was faultless, everything about the hotel was excellent, even though it was during Ramadan. Minor glitch, Crossroads bar had run out of Kirin draught beer, which I had drunk the first two nights, but they had other options, went for an Italian beer, which was very nice, and gave me the first one on the house. Room was perfect everything as it should be, no disturbances, but room kept spotlessly clean, and all amenities replaced daily as used. Breakfast was excellent with wide...

Great service with very affordable rates

Great hotel close to the airport for a quick nights stay. Breakfast buffet was really good and delicious. Breakfast staff very courteous. Room was comfy and spacious.

Enjoyed stay

Located close to Dubai Airport. They have a shuttle service running round the clock arriving at the designated pick-up spot every 15 minutes past the hour. Very spacious room and excellent breakfast service from 6a-10a in the morning with plenty of food options to pick from.

Perfect distance from the airport, friendly staff, nice king size room, and taxis are more than likely readily available right out front.

I booked the signature room, the room is as shown in the pictures, beautiful and facing the Main Street, only issue is the construction site facing the room but the noise was manageable. I would come back here.

I enjoyed this stay far more than I would have thought. I stayed at the Pullman a couple of weeks prior and I prefer the Crowne Plaza. Upon arrival, I was provided a free upgrade, which made everything better--and a close tie with the 5-star Fairmont in Manila, which I just left. I very much delighted in my stay at this hotel, which feels like it just opened this year with how clean it is, but it's not the best location--it stands with the Intercontinental in its own space of land. Next time...
