The apartment complex is situated near the Gardesana road so close to many services and the centre, highly suggested for guests looking for the proximity to many services, less suitable for guests who appreciate quietness. Thanks to the big outdoor green these apartments are much requested by families with children and group of friends. Each apartment has got a parking place in the garage (height 210 cm, limited room for manoeuvre).
The villa is divided into two separate three-rooms apartments and can be rented together or separated.

The apartment is equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, safe, Wi Fi and Satellite TV.

The total price consists in:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner of the property
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant
