"It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. We had a wonderful dining experience in the surrounding restaurants, we loved that lot of restaurants and stores were a walking distance from our apartment. Receptionists were not very friendly and helpful. Apartment had a few things that needs to be repaired or replaced. "
