"Went with my 13 year old daughter and felt safe at all times! The location is near lively restaurants and bars, and also nice breakfast spots! The staff was helpful and made accommodations for me and my family when needed. Regarding the room, it was cleaned and organized every day. We needed the help since we got back every night so tired so it was so nice to come back to a clean room."

"Had a quick 1 night stay in Milan. Arrived early before check-in and planned to store our luggage, but got lucky and our room was ready early so we were able to freshen up after a long flight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, wish we were staying more than one night!"

"When you walk into the property it does look okay at first. However, the clothes rack was extremely dusty so we couldn’t hang any of our clothes up, we didn’t have any soap to wash our hands which is basic hygiene so we needed to go buy our own at the shop, there was rubbish in the bin when we got there, marks all over the wall etc. As the apartment is split into 4 flats, it’s extremely noisy when people are going in and out constantly."

"Small and dark bathroom, need updated. Toilet was leaking water. Hard to communicate with property managing company. Told you wrong information. Not helpful but waste of time. Wrong apt. Wrong about keys box issue, what a mess up. No AC in the master bedroom. Should at least provide at least one working fan. A little Portable simple in living room. So inconsiderable. 😖"
