The property itself needs to be better taken care of from the outside of the building to the Un manicured grass- The bathroom or shower tiles need to be cleaned or updated a lot better than it is- My room was clean. "We had an excellent stay at Al Castello! Paolo was a magnificent host, with excellent restaurant and entertainment recommendations. He greeted us each morning at breakfast with coffees and special treats, as we watched Mount Etna fuming in the distance. He also helped us park and load the car. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was convenient for the sights. I would absolutely recommend a stay! Thanks for everything Paolo!"

More a view of an adjacent parking lot."

We will definitely be back and highly recommend it, as we had such a wonderful experience."
