"Villa was lovely, plenty of space and Eric was very accommodating and friendly., The abuse of the mountains was spectacular and the pool a bonus. The road is very windy going uo and you definitely , need a car. Just one small one thing, a better light outside for evening dining would be good. Otherwise a fantastic stay."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Immaculately kept property, lovely well kept gardens and swimming pool. Every detail has been thought of and catered for. Richard is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble. He was most helpful during our 4 night stay. Location is very good for the town, restaurants and local buses. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here."

"Rose shared her incredible home with myself and 3 friends. She was extremely accommodating, going above and beyond any host I’ve ever stayed with. The location is a short walk from a fantastic bakery, and a 15-20 minute walk to the train station. There are plenty of bus stops in the area as well. Bottom line if you’re considering visiting Nice and the French Riviera you can’t get much better than this!"

"Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances dans ce logement. décoré avec goût et très spacieux. Très belle résidence idéalement située pour visiter les alentours, Grasse, Cannes, Antibes... Seul petit bémol, la personne chargée de la surveillance de la piscine était particulièrement désagréable. Par contre mention spéciale pour Marine, qui nous a accueilli et dont nous gardons un très bon souvenir !!"

"We booked the property for its convenient location to the sports stadium as we were watching matches in the rugby world cup. We had a warm and friendly greeting from Julie. The property is compact but very pretty. The facilities are good, nice coffee machine though a kettle for tea would have been useful. "A superb location and wonderfully quiet. A truly authentic property with many original features and with much thought given to the design of the property to make the most of its position.
