Charming Provencal Style Villa with a great pool area suitable for kids!

The property is laid out on 3 separate levels. After entering the domain via the main gate, there is a large parking space and a beautiful garden. The main villa is situated on the 2nd level. The main terrace has a soft lawn that allows ball games, ideal for kids. It also has 2 sitting areas. One completely covered, away from the sun, peaceful and generous. The private pool is situated behind the main villa and completely shielded off. The entrance in the pool is made via 4 wide stairs making it very accessible for kids. The pool area is very generous, has 6 launch seats and a covered bar. The villa has recently been renovated, has 3 air conditioning units and a big fan in the living room. The property is private, cool in the hot summers and very peaceful whilst being ideally located to explore both the mountain and coastal areas. The villa is also 5 minutes away from the Loup river, where you can have a swim or a nice walk.
