Au 3ème étage ( sans ascenseur), ce 2 pièces saura vous séduire pour vos vacances en bord de mer : Une entrée avec de nombreux rangements. Un salon séjour ( TV) et cuisine ouverte équipée ( plaques de cuisson, micro onde, four, frigo congélateur, lave-linge...). Accès à une terrasse équipée pour vos repas ( expo EST).
Une salle d'eau ( douche) avec WC. A l'étage, une chambre avec un lit en 140 et armoire de rangement. Une mezzanine avec lit superposés. La terrasse offre une petite vue sur la mer. L'appartement est équipé pour 4 personnes.
