Ce Joli duplex 2/3 pièces (mezzanine) vous offre une VUE MER (expo EST) ET PORT. L’appartement se compose d'une entrée avec placards, WC Séparés et salle d’eau (douche italienne). Un séjour avec TV, coin cuisine équipé (plaques cuisson, micro-onde combiné, frigo congélateur, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge) et son coin loggia intégrée (baies vitrées) avec la vue Mer et Port.
A l’étage, accessible via escalier (déconseillé enfants en bas âge) un coin mezzanine ouverte avec clic clac (couchage 2 personnes) et une chambre avec un lit en 160 (couchage 2 personnes).
