"Great night at this lovely family run hotel in Barcares on our cycling trip through the area. Our room was spotless, very comfortable and had enough space for spreading out all our gear. We faced the main busy plaza overlooking the most amazing play structure for children. The noise was not a problem after about 10 PM and we used the blinds metal blinds, which helped. Our hostess even had a secure area for our bikes, very much appreciated. Thank you. We also loved the hotel's furry greeter...

"The hotel staff were very welcoming- and so friendly and polite. The air conditioning was very efficient- and greatly needed. Breakfast was wide ranging and suited all tastes. The decoration, especially in the corridors, was a bit tired and jaded- but kept very clean. My only criticism would be the proximity of the hotel to the busy main road- which could be heard very clearly from our balcony/ garden terrace. "

The breakfast was basic - we’d recommend going to one of the local cafes/bakery for a really fresh breakfast. They helped us by getting us to and from places for very reasonable price as well as the delicious dinner - aperitif and a bottle of wine and amazing three course meal. "Très bon séjour, le gîte est très bien équipé et il y a un bel espace extérieur. Il est bien situé par rapport à la piscine.Bel espace aquatique. Il y a un bar , un restaurant et une épicerie dans la résidence, ce qui est appréciable et pratique.Le propriétaire est très gentil et aux petits soins pour ses locataires.Nous avons même eu à notre arrivée un panier avec des petits gâteaux et une bouteille de la région.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."
