The farmhouse is about 45m², on one level on a plot of 250m², it is bordered by hedges and shaded by pines and mulberry trees. Ideal for having meals outside, as well as sunbathing. Direct and free access to the banks of the pond, 2 min walk on one side, and 800m from the Mediterranean on the other.

The layout includes a living room-kitchen (hob, Combi Oven and Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, TV). 1 master bedroom (bed 140/190), with bathroom and private toilet, 1 double bedroom (2 beds 90/190). A bedroom-cabin for children (2 bunk beds 80/170). A separate bathroom. A separate toilet.
