About this property

Typical restored farmhouse overlooking the Ardèche mountains

  • "La ferme des Padgels" is located at an altitude of 1300m in the heart of a small peaceful hamlet, facing south-west with a beautiful dominant view of the Ardèche mountains.

    Lovers of hiking and outdoor activities, this accommodations are made for you!
    Numerous mountain bike & walking circuits from the cottage.
    River access 5 minutes by car.

    Located 10 minutes from the ski resort of Les Estables, 4 season sledging and its shops.
    Le Puy en Velay 30 minutes away.
    Issarles lake 15 minutes away, jonc stack 20 minutes away.

    The rental accommodations are located in the left part of the farm, adjoining our private part.
    You will have access to a large terrace with table + deck chairs & brazier available.

    You will enter on the first floor a large living room including the living room, the dining room with a fireplace and an open kitchen with a standing table.

    House on 2 floors:
    - 1 large bedroom with 160 bed + 90 bed
    - 1 bedroom with 140 bed
    - 1 bedroom with 160 bed + 2 single beds (available from 20 May)
    - an office area with extra double bed
    - 2 separate toilets
    - 2 bathrooms Bathrooms (shower & bath)
    You will appreciate this large volume of living.

    Board games, books & games for children + DVD & SWITCH at your disposal.

    ● End of stay cleaning in addition (excluding during stays): 50€

    You can store your bikes or other equipment in our vaulted cellar at the entrance of the accommodation.
