Extremely clean, modern and fully stocked with everything we needed i really loved the little extras like the yummy cakes & drinks on arrival. Christine was a wonderful and super friendly host, greeting us as we arrived and gave a very good tour of the house. "The location is on the edge of a quiet village and with only subtle sounds of frogs from the pond and whinnies from the horse it was bliss. This was our 2nd stay and would love to come back again. Transport is required to access local shops but the ride out is so lovely it isnt a worry. We stayed for the 80th anniversary of D-Day and found it a good base to stay for the events. A short drive ( c 2 miles ) takes you into Brionne where you will find the usual shops including a Carrefour supermarket.
