Family chalet in Le Bessat with sauna and fireplace

You will appreciate the spacious rooms of the house and the warmth of this fully paneled and well insulated family chalet. Living room (35m2) with kitchen area and lounge with fireplace opening onto a large west terrace overlooking the garden, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 140 and 160 and 2 single beds 90 which can be put together), baby travel cot, 1 bathroom, 1 shower, 1 sauna for 4 people. 1 lounge/playroom for children in the attic with TV/DVD area. With two 90 cm beds (total 8 beds). Heating and cleaning included. Non-smoking gîte. The 130 m² gîte on the ground floor and 2 floors is located in the village of Bessat, the highest village (1170 m) in the Pilat park. It has beautiful outdoor spaces: terrace, enclosed garden with swing, ping pong and bowling alley: 720 m². Garage for bicycles and strollers (no car). Optional sauna for 4 people at €100.

The price includes: - Utilities (heating, electricity, gas, and water)
Please note: In case of excessive consumption, an additional charge may be incurred.
- Wood for the fireplace (one basket)
- Cleaning (3 hours)
The price does not include: - Use of the sauna €100
- Tourist tax
- Rental of sheets and towels €23 per double bed, €17 per single bed, €7 per towel.
- Heating and hot water production charges beyond normal consumption. Fuel consumption meter.
- A basket of firewood for the fireplace is provided. Additional baskets must be requested from the owner or their representative and are charged at €10 per basket.
- Other exceptional charges may be charged in the event of negligence or damage requiring hours of tidying up the chalet or cleaning beyond the normal 3-hour workload. At 1,200 meters, we sleep like babies, and during a heatwave, we savor the joy of being up there on the terrace or on the many hiking trails.
