Our family enjoyed our two week vacation in this spacious home. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the property, individual rooms and general living space. We loved the location in the village, near the markets and easy access to beach and bike trails to other villages. We would happily stay there again. Only difficulty was with the with the dishwasher. it didn't work that well but the property manager tried to help us with it.
The house is ideal for our three generation family holiday. We all love the location so close to the market and covered market. Cycling - for two younger generations - and free navettes for the oldies worked well for us. Several trips to St Martyn, one including lunch at seafood restaurant Re Ostrea. Lovely walk along beach and back across the dunes. Great moules at Le Moulin and galettes at the creperie. Slightly stressfull when only bus to airport suitable for our return flight arrived 15 minutes late, leaving us just 15 minutes to get to the gate after our arrival. Flight then delayed by an hour! Annoying to have Ile de Re goat cheese bought the morning of our departure concentrated by security at the aeroport….
