All bathrooms are fitted with walk-in showers. 2 WC. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, robot, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine ...). In the large screen TV lounge, with home cinema, DVD player. Magnificent interior patio fitted out for convivial moments. Villa in the purest style of the Ile de Ré with exposed timbers in all rooms. The villa is located 50 meters from the most beautiful beach on the Ile de Ré, offering a sailing school and a surf school. Ideal family villa. Center du Bois Plage 1 km easily accessible on foot or by bike, all shops. Closed courtyard for 4 cars.
