"We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa. The villa had everything we needed and so much space. Great location close to Pezanas, great supermarkets, 20 mins from the beach and vineyards everywhere we went. We would love to return another time."

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. "We very much enjoyed our stay at Karl and Agentas villa, the town of Laurens is a very sleepy area in the middle of a wine county. Our young children enjoyed watching the small tractors ferry grapes to the local winery. The locals of the village were very friendly. The Villa is beautiful with a clean good sized pool which we spent most of our days by. The house was a great size for 5 adults and 3 small young children. Only issue, the floors and surfaces were very dusty which we had to clean...

"House well equipped and comfortable. Access to UK programmes via Sky box appreciated, but no Wi-fi a bit disappointing. A few points I feel are worth making - I hope you’ll take them in the spirit they are offered: Lounge seating a bit uncomfortable. Pool clearly has a leak and needed topping up daily. Some light switches not very secure - one in particular is for the short hall leading to the 2nd bedroom. We enjoyed our 10 days here, allowing us to visit Soubes again after selling our villa...

"Everything about this property is lovely. It is nicely decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences. We were visiting family and didn't have to cook any meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We will have to come again when the weather is warmer to use the pool and enjoy the garden. My only complaint is please invest in some new sun beds, the ones you have are obviously quite old and not very comfortable at all, and I think that if you are going to let to up to 8 people, you should make sure that there are 8 sun beds and 8 chairs for table! "The villa was very well positioned, in a quiet spot of Montbazin (all of Montbazin is pretty quiet!) and 30 minutes' drive from Montpellier. It suited our group very well as a base for a cycle holiday, with really nice cycling roads within easy reach to the north and west of Montbazin. "Recently back from a very enjoyable holiday. The property it’s grounds and location was perfect. We had very good and timely communication with the Corinne in the lead up to holiday and a warm welcome on arrival. The facilities and especially the swimming pool were excellent. The tranquil location gave us many opportunities to relax and unwind. Shops are a 10 minute walk and supermarket 8 minute drive. Very relaxing and enjoyable place to visit."
