"The apartment is good for a short stay in Paris. It is near the central Paris sites and well-connected to the Metro. The size is adequate for 2 people. The only down side is that there isn't much natural light or any view, as it's located within the central courtyard on the building's ground floor. There were some minor maintenance issues (burnt-out lights, shower head that sprayed all over), but we appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit. "

"Great host, location is incredible, we made meals in and joy dining in the beautiful space! We enjoyed neighborhood restaurants. It was a great homebase! Will stay there again!"

"Lovely, small apartment - we were a group of three friends so used the sofa bed to ensure all had a bed each. Beds were comfortable. The apartment is a bit dark as opening windows would be directly on to pavement but makes great use of a small space. We found the check in instructions a bit hard to follow as post box and apartment don't say the name on them. We had a great stay and I would consider staying here again."

"The views of Sacre Coeur and the Eiffel tower are impressive. The apartment was quiet and modern. Locals gather at the canal outside the front door every night creating a fun atmosphere. We recommend La Marine just across the canal. Easy subway access."

This property was perfect -- a historic printing factory converted to a 2-story house in the middle of Paris -- right in the 2nd Arr, so walking distance to great food, museums, and entertainment. On a small street, so no busy traffic. Easy to walk or ride a scooter to anything. Very well maintained property with plenty of room to be together or to separate for an occasional work...
