This flat, T2 of 33m ², is air-conditioned with access reassured, on the 3rd floor with elevator.
Located at Le Cannet, limit Cannes accessible by car or bus (bus stop 270m).
Weekly vacation rental (Saturday to Saturday).

-Change of the sofa bed, May 2018.

With a warm stay, a small kitchen opening, a balcony without opposite allowing to eat outside, a room giving on the balcony, a room of water and a separated TOILET.
Apartment very well equipped.

Access collective swimming pool on the roofs, without opposite, from May 15th to September 30th.
NO SMOKING. No pets.
Parking within 300 meters, 12 € maximum per week with parking 24h / 24h.

Appartement fonctionnel avec tout ce qu’il faut pour des vacances tranquille sans avoir à penser à quoique ce soit. Le balcon, la piscine et le garage est un grand plus pour le confort, sans oublier l’emplacement de ce bien qui est situé au calme et à l’abri de l’agitation de la ville.

Vacances en famille

L’appartement est très bien situé avec tout ce qu’il faut autour. ( boulangerie, supérette, café, restauration et surtout arrêt de bus pour ce déplacer sans avoir besoin de la voiture ) Camille, la personne qui nous a accueilli, est très gentil et super disponible pour n’importe quel aide dont nous avons eu besoin. Bonne communication également avec les propriétaires.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans un appartement très confortable.Résidence très calme et belle vue sur Le Cannet, proche du centre ville.Bus à proximité pour descendre sur Cannes.Le monsieur qui nous a remis les clés est très sympathique, et prêt à rendre service.Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui mettent leur appartement à disposition.Nous recommandons cette location.

Tout a fait conforme au descriptif, bon rapport qualité prix. Tout y est dans l'appartement pour un agréable séjour. (Seule chose a prévoir draps et serviettes). Un appartement des plus appréciables !

Appartement fonctionnel pour 4 personnes et adorable. Situé dans une copropriété avec piscine sur toit terrasse pour le bonheur des petits et des grands. À proximité, bus pour descendre sur Cannes et ses plages ainsi que tous les magasins nécessaires au ravitaillement des troupes. Ne pas oublier, les propriétaires sont également très sympas ! Toutes les informations nécessaires sont également à notre disposition pour découvrir cette belle région.

Nous avons effectué un petit séjour au Cannet à l'occasion des fêtes de Noël et avons apprécié cette location. Malgré sa petite surface, cet appartement est très bien équipé et bien conçu. Simple mais propre il est situé dans une résidence calme tout en étant en ville avec des commerces de proximité.
