The 110m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor. You are welcomed in a sober and elegant classic decor.

The main room is organized around a lounge area and a dining area for 6 people. The three large bay windows with access to the terrace give a lot of clarity and depth to the room.
You can welcome a guest thanks to the sofa bed.

The two bedrooms with soft tones are each equipped with two single beds that can be assembled into a double according to your needs.
They also each have their own bathroom with bath and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

On sunny days, you can enjoy the sunny terrace from where you can admire the view. You will never get tired of it, day or night!

You have access to the swimming pool of the residence where you can relax in peace (access by steps, dimensions 13 m x 5m - depth 100/180 cm).
