"The family room was perfect for a family with 2 or 3 children. The children had a separate room joint to our room (not externally accessible). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was available but we opted out as it was 15 euros which is too expensive when dining with small children. The hotel is an Uber drive (5 mins) to the centre. We got dropped at the castle and is cost 12 Euros. The castle is worth a visit (free). You get beautiful views of Caen and is perfect for seeing the sun set."

"Reception staff spoke excellent English which made checking-in easy. Our room was clean, air-conditioned and spacious. The bed was comfortable and they supplied an extra pilow promptly when asked. Dining was straight forward. We had dinner at the grillright next door once and ate breakfast there both mornings. The food was good. Thers is also A Macdonalds close by for the less discerning. Lots of restaurants in the town - ewhich is a short drive away, but easy to navigate."
