"It was rated 10/10. It is a run down house in a neighborhood away from everything. The street is so narrow it is impossible to park. It has one spot for parking. Otherwise,you park in a narrow street,and if you leave that lucky spot,you might not find another one. The room had not a private bathroom. If you want to have dinner you have to walk half a mile to the only restaurant in the neighborhood (partnered with the “hotel “ owner. Only one option on the menu,for 35 Euros.Ripoff."

"Christine was a wonderful host who ensured we had a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the port, Basilique Notre Dame de la Garde, and Stade Velodrome. At the same time the location was outside of the major tourist areas, so it was quiet and peaceful when we wanted to rest."

"We stayed at Lucia’s delightful Bastide for a couple of nights at the start of October. It was a peaceful setting with a great view of the surrounding area. The property is a beautiful old Bastide well kept, decorated and maintained - it was a pleasure to stay here. The breakfast was lovely and Lucia was very accommodating. Roquevaire is a short 5-10 mins drive from the property with a few restaurants. Easy to access to Cassis makes it a great base for discovering the coast and Calanques."

"This property was marvelous. It’s a very local home in Marseille with lovely unique features. Mlle Andree is a kind and gracious host. We entirely enjoy meeting locals as we travel and this stay truly met that expectation. Plus, our apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable. Mlle Andre brought fresh and homemade pastries to us each evening that we could enjoy as an afternoon snack or as breakfast the next morning. We would highly recommend this property.
