"Gastgeber war total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine Alarmanlage was super ist. Die KĂŒche war wenig ausgestattet und etwas dreckig an manchen stellen aber sonst in Ordnung. Wenn man etwas gebraucht hat musste man nur fragen und es wurde direkt geschaut das es uns vorbeigebracht wurde. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt in der nĂ€he und zu Fuß zu erreichbar. Von morgens bis Abend sehr viel Verkehr vom Balkon aus zu sehen und hören aber wenn TĂŒren zu sind ist es kaum bis gar nicht mehr hörbar....

"Eine schöne kleine Wohnung mit gemĂŒtlicher Einrichtung. Die Lage im Herzen eines eher ruhigen Viertels vieler BerufstĂ€tiger. Mit dem öffentlich angebotenen E Bikes oder Bus ist man in wenigen Minuten am Bahnhof, der Metro oder am Hafen. Leider war die Wohnung bei Übergabe fĂŒr unsere Augen unsauber. Scheiben nicht geputzt , Flecken von GetrĂ€nken auf dem Fußboden , Staub und Konfettireste der Vorbewohner in allen Ecken. Das Geschirr mangels GeschirrspĂŒltabs unsauber bis schmierig. Ungeziefer....
