"This is a beautiful gite in a lovely area surrounded by fields and lovely views of the mountains and the hilltop village of Lurs. The owners are very friendly and the gite is brand new and very well-designed, clean and comfortable. Everything being on one floor with three external doors from the loung/kitchen gave a light and airy feel - you could watch the sun rise and sun set! I come here mainly to indulge my hobby of astrophotography as the skies are dark and the weather good, but you can't guarantee clear skies at night even in the south of France! Francoise is very welcoming, helpful and never intrusive. Isis the dog is perhaps the most friendly dog you will ever meet. The view across to the hills is amazing, the gite is clean and comfortable and I am sure I will return again."

"The cottage super clean, well-appointed, and centrally located for exploring and excursions. The window screens were appreciated. As was the washing machine. Julie and Patrick were knowledgeable, kind, patient, friendly, and helpful. Forcalquier was charming with fantastic markets, specialties, and artisanal merchants. We walked to the supermarket a couple times and cycled the hills and dells of the surrounding areas. Would love to return"

"The hotel is good and price is good. No issues with the parking at all.Good location.Only problem is very small pillows and as there is no reception on Saturday (after 1p.m.) and not at all on Sunday you cannot get any extra pillow. The cleaning staff does not speak English and cannot assist."
