Carpets looked 20 or more years old. When we arrived we were given linen and towels to make our own beds (unserviced) during stay. This is not a hotel! "Apartment was covered in dust. Glasses covered in dirt, had to soak before use. Air con didn't work in bedroom. Asked for it to be fixed and it took 3 days for someone to come and they still couldn't fix it."
