"The room smelt as soon as we entered, couldnât distinguish if it was body odour or smoke. It was suffocating. Soon realised it was smoke, all the linen stank of it, especially the blankets and towels. It was impregnated into everything. This along with the lumpy pillows and mattress that caved in made for very little sleep. I never usually wrote reviews, especially but ones but the smoke was so bad if affected my breathing and I didnât get much sleep at all. Not great for the kids either. All in...
"The hotel is fantastic, the pool and the amenities in general are very neat. They offer us a baby crib and the front desk people were fantastic. The only bad side is if you do not speak French it was very difficult to get service at the one restaurant available because no one but the front decal and the manager speak English. I guess if you travel to a country where French is the first languages expected however for the price I would have expected more English friendly service. "

"Aurelio and his staff are quite superb. Efficient, honest, friendly and could not do enough for us us during the 4 night stay.
The wines of Leflaive are wonderful and to have literally everything available (to your price point too) is stunning.
The food is super and the presentation of rooms is first class.
