"Le point contrariant du séjour concerne la borne de recharge pour la voiture électrique qui est annoncée comme disponible sur le site de l'hôtel et qui en réalité est extérieure à l'hôtel. Ca change tout quand on imagine pouvoir recharger sa voiture pendant la nuit ou durant les moments passés à l'hôtel. C'est dommage car ce critère faisait partie des raisons pour lesquelles cet endroit avait été retenu. Pour le reste, le site est très agréable, la partie extérieure vraiment sympa, le personnel...

"Amazing clean lovely hotel but we had a smaller room with no balcony which is unusual, as always had a bigger room with balcony for cheaper than we paid this time? Other than that excellent 👌 "

"I’ve stayed in Le Touquet a few times. This is the first time I’ve had to pay City Tax to the hotel on arrival. Lovely little hotel on a quiet street only a 2 minute walk to the centre I had a superior room with a balcony. The room was clean, bed very comfortable, bathroom was new and I had no problem with hot water. Check in was friendly and straight forward. The balcony had a table and chairs. There’s no lift. No fridge in the room. Only problem i had were the people in the room above me...

"The hotel is lovely and clean and felt very safe Breakfast was a very fresh continental breakfast. It is about a 40 minute walk into Le Touquet . We wouldn’t visit Le Touquet again but certainly use another B and B hotel"

"We had a Lovely break hotel is a great place to stay with a good position centre of the town Staff i found were excellent very friendly & welcoming even with my language barrier nothing was a problem & sorted all my needs . The only down side i had a room on the top floor which was on the little small side & was quite hot on the warm days . That said it was a very comfortable & fully equipped room . Still would stay again at this hotel as it is the best hotel in the area."

"Lovely cause to a beautiful spot. Apart from the rooms smelling slightly damp everting was perfect and comfortale. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything when we forgot our travel adapters"

"The hotel is placed in the best location, right on the beach with just a short walk into town. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The were a big let down for us. Very rude and not helpful. We returned one evening at 9.45pm and wanted a night cap. After waiting a long time at the bar no one came to serve us so we tried to connecting hotel. Still nothing. "Stayed 4 days room always cleaned everyday and bottled water always replaced. Being an elderly couple it would have been good to have a grab rail in the bathroom for safety, unfortunately on our 1st night we used the restaurant, it took 1 hour to get our main course and a further 45 minutes to get our dessert, staff seem to be struggling. Hotel isn't cheap but overall we enjoyed our stay. "
