Très agréable

Un endroit parfait pour visiter le sud de l'île. Bernard s'est toujours déplacé quand on a eu des questions. On a beaucoup apprécié la semaine passée chez lui.

Nous venons tous les ans depuis 10 ans dans cette location. Nous avons vu l'évolution , maison spacieuse avec une cour où nous aimons vivre, des progrès ont été fait par le propriétaire il ne manque rien sauf au niveau des couverts et de la vaisselle. Propriétaire très sympathique jamais très loin si on a besoin de quelque chose, plage à 150m, restaurant chez Fredo avec animation le week end ainsi que chez Maryse où l'on se sent bien.

Sans parler de notre très bon séjour,en Martinique et la sympathie des locaux de petite anse , le prix affiché pour la location nous semblait un peu léger. Quel fut notre entonnement de voir que cet appartement répondait largement à nos critères d'hébergement ; très grandes terrasses ,propreté , internet , micro onde draps propres, et la liste est bien longue encore. je ne mettrait pas 5 étoiles car effectivement ce n'est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles , et aussi on a été que très rarement en contact avec le propriétaire, ce qui peut être un avantage quand on recherche une certaine la tranquillité ou un inconvénient quand on cherche à connaitre un peu plus les lieux. pour résumer je vous conseil vivement ce F3 car les prix sont intéressants et aussi une certaine tranquillité s'y dégage. nous reviendrons des que possible dans cet appartement.

deception

nous sommes des inconditionnelles de la location en martinique et nous avons toujours été bien reçu, là le monsieur était présent lors de notre arrivée et la maison était relativement sale, nous avons demandé du produit afin de pouvoir nettoyer le sol et les sanitaires et le monsieur a fait un geste sur le prix de la location, sinon lorsqu'il manquait quelques choses et bien nous le contactions par sms et il nous fournissait ce dont nous avions besoin sans pour cela le rencontrer. Autrement la maison est agréable et bien située, mais nous avons eu très peu de contact avec le propriétaire et même si on lui disait bonjour il nous répondait pas nous avons été très étonné car franchement ce n'est pas le genre à la martinique ils sont très ouvert est très cordiaux. Quel dommage location agréable si entretien courant aurait été fait. Restaurant à conseiller chez Fredo à 300 m de la maison bonne cuisine et très bon accueil
