"The staff and employees are one of the best i see in my 25 years of traveling at the LHW and Relais Chateau Hotels all over the world. But unfortunately the shower not existing only a tab and that very small is hard to give the Hotel 5 stars. Also not having a Restaurant on location during summer is not good "
"The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. "To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "A wonderful hotel in a spectacular area of France. The chalet style was very in keeping with the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming and most helpful.
The only niggling area of concern relates to the buffet breakfast. The cold meats and cheese were not covered and were susceptible to a few flies present in the room. Maybe if these were covered, it would have been better."

"We were 2 families staying in the chalet for a ski holiday. It was perfect for what we needed. In a quiet location just outside Le Grand Bornand. We had cars and drove down to the lift every day which worked well. We walked down in to the town one day although the hill back up is quite steep. Highly recommended."
"This was our second stay in this chalet and we had another thoroughly enjoyable week. The chalet is warm and clean and benefits from the sun streaming into the property. Le Grand Bornand is a great village with restaurants and shops and the ski area is friendly and perfect for family or leisure skiing. Would be very happy to stay again some day !"
