L'hotel n'est pas entretenu, il y a encore sur une table le buffet petit dejeuner avec le pain, des céréales, et rien n'est nettoyé. "Wonderful stay in the heart of Valmorel village with everything you need on doorstep and very easy access to slopes. Highly recommended! But don’t expect 5 star facilities! Fantastic location, more than helpful staff, cosy room! We can’t wait to return!"
