Residence FLORALIES 2 - In a good standing residence with swimming pools, green spaces, bowling games, kindergarten, beach and shops nearby, magnificent 2-room cabin very well equipped with air conditioning on the raised ground floor. Double bedroom + Independent cabin with two separate beds. Living and dining room, washing machine and dishwasher. Shower room with shower, sink, separate WC.
Living room with equipped kitchen, sofa, well furnished + superb 30m2 terrace, view of beautiful green space. Private parking.

Swimming pool opening from 06/01/2024 to 09/21/2024:
1 open swimming pool on the HORTENSIAS side:
- from 06/01/2024 to 08/31/2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- and from 09/1 to 09/21/2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. every day without interruption
* 1 open swimming pool on the EGLANTINES side:
- from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

C'est un bon appartement, bien positionné, le cadre est sympas et calme Le point négatif que nous souhaitons faire remonter c'est que l'accès a la douche qui est beaucoup trop petit et même une personne avec une corpulence normale a eu du mal a entrer. Salle de bain très petite.
