The Apartment

The apartment "L'Impérial 3" is located on Quai Colbert in Le Grau du Roi, an iconic place marking the entrance to the Fishing Port, directly facing the Old Lighthouse and the sea. There is no better place to experience local life: watch the fishing boats leave and return with their catch, see the local fishermen sorting the fish and setting up their stalls. This is a fantastic living space just two minutes' walk from all the amenities and the beach.

L'Impérial 3 is a fully equipped apartment with one bedroom featuring a 140 cm double bed, as well as a living room offering an unbeatable view of the Old Lighthouse, the Canal, and the sea. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen corner. A bathroom with a non-separated toilet completes the facilities.

This apartment comes with a reserved parking space for any booking made from March to November. During the other months, parking is free throughout the municipality of Le Grau du Roi.

The apartment is equipped with a TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Everything is arranged to offer you comfort, with no direct neighbors, away from prying eyes, and within walking distance of all shops and the beach. You will have access to all the necessary equipment for your comfort: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.

The living room is bright and welcoming, with a convertible sofa, a TV, and air conditioning. Enjoy the calm and relax in the warm bedroom with a simple and elegant decor.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the booking.

Mon compagnon et moi avons pu profiter d’un excellent week-end détente au Grau du Roi grâce à l’emplacement de l’appartement. Nous avons pu faire beaucoup de balades à pieds, les restaurants/bistrots aux alentours ont un bon rapport qualité/prix et l’agence étant à deux pas facilite la communication pour l’arrivée et le départ.

L’accueil a été parfait, même un appel de Clara (c’était le jeudi noir des agriculteurs) que nous avons apprécié pour savoir si ça allait.! Et le chauffage a été mis et les volets ouverts pour que l’on profite du coucher de soleil. Un bien fou après avoir passer bcp de temps sur la route. L’appartement est propre, on a passé 3 jours tellement reposant. La literie (oreillers, matelas, ….(d’ailleurs 2 alèses) Très propre c’est tellement rare qu’il faut le souligner. Merci pour tout

on a adoré la vue tant sur la mer que sur le quai ce qui pour ce dernier point donne un peu plus de vie en hiver .La grande baie de la pièce principale fait oublier qu'il s'agit d'un petit logement de vacances .Le canapé lit grince affreusement et le lit double dans al chambre est en 140cm . La douche est exiguë et pourvue d'une haute marche donc si vous êtes costaud ou avez des difficultés à la marche comme mon mari qui n' a pas pu se doucher , elle n'est pas appropriée. Pas de lave vaisselle mais une machine à laver , choix judicieux pour les vacanciers

Une agence au top, des employées disponibles, motivées et sympathiques. Tout était réglé comme du papier à musique, l’arrivée, le séjour et le départ. Confort ++, équipement +++, emplacement +++. Point négatif : le bruit mais c’est l’inconvénient d’être près de tout et au bord de l’eau en été. Point positif : la climatisation, rare et essentielle en plein été en Camargue. Es war eigentlich genau wie beschrieben. Man hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und betreut! Leider gab es nur eine Tasse und das Geschirr war recht beschädigt. Müll musste öffentlich entsorgt werden, war ein wenig umständlich. Aufzug und Klimaanlage war sehr gut. Wir würden es aber wieder buchen .

A good week spent at the apartment. Clean, tidy and well presented. I did have to remove a lot of long black hair from the shower drain hole and shower head needs descaling as does the kettle. A bread knife and flat bladed knife would be handy. No tea towel for the kitchen (fortunately I brought my own). The bedding was obviously new and should have been washed before use as it was very scratchy. The quilt was too warm and heavy so used just the duvet cover and the cotton throw from the bed. The balcony railings were very dirty so my husband cleaned those. A lot of dust on top of the units in the bathroom and the dividing unit from lounge/kitchen. The sliding bathroom door is not good and light switch gets covered by the door. Maybe have the light switch moved and it would function better. Parking a 10 minute walk but I knew that but was difficult as road works upset my satnav! Being able to park behind was a bonus to off load luggage but was asked by police why we parked there. Grand Sud are very good at communication. Check in and check out was very good. Both arrived on time. I would book with you again.

Loved our stay. Best location you can imagine in Grau du Roi. Very cosy appartement, missed just a few amenities that are easy to correct: big mirror, coffee machine for capsules and the unpractical sliding bathroom door
