About this property

Villa Madikéra

  • Hello,

    Welcome to this beautiful, functional and self-decorated villa in which I lived with my family for 12 years.

    You will feel at home, safe from all nuisances.

    Thank you for taking great care of it!

    The Creole Villa Madikéra with an area of 102 m2 is ideally located in Lamentin on a very beautiful private property (a fenced and wooded plot of 1000 m2), which can accommodate 4 people, in a quiet area, in the countryside while being in the city.

    Villa from 2011 tastefully decorated, it is 7 minutes away from Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport.
    PGJyPgPGJyPgPGJyPg
    The location is perfect for a business trip or a tourist stay, 5 minutes by car from the Mangot Vulcin hospital, 10 minutes from the Zobda-Quitman University Hospital, 15 minutes from Fort-de-France, 20 minutes from Schoelcher, 2 minutes from the main roads leading to the beaches, halfway between the North and the South of the island.

    Customers praise it for its proximity to the airport, an undeniable asset when their flight is late, and its position in the center of Martinique and industrial zones for professionals.
    PGJyPgPGJyPgPGJyPg
    Its central location allows you to shine on the Great South, the South Caribbean of the island, the North Caribbean and the Atlantic Coast.

    The island of flowers offers exotic flavors through emblematic dishes punctuated by African, European, Indian and Caribbean influences (accras, black pudding, colombo, fish blaff, lobsters,...) cooked in beach restaurants or by Martinican chefs, some of whom have worked in great restaurants in France and abroad.
    PGJyPgPGJyPgPGJyPg
    Near the villa, a visit to the Belfort house, the Lamentin fruit/vegetable market and the restaurant Le Comptoir du chef Nathanael DUCTEIL are highly recommended.

    You will enjoy the local gastronomy in many other restaurants on the island:

    The North Beach in Sainte Marie, my favorite;

    Kay Ali, the Yellow, another of my favorites, the Galanga Fish Bar specializing in organic and the Fines bouches in Fort de France; L'Assiette de la Maugée, O Vin sur Vingt, Le Piment sucré, La Table des Bougainvillea, Le Marco Resto et l'Olivier au Lamentin and Ducos

    Le Récif à Case Pilote;

    Yemanja and Abri Côtier in Carbet;

    Le Brédas in St Joseph; PGJyPg
    Le Dubuc Café in Trinité;

    Le Croissant Rouge à Taupinère au Diamant; PGJyPg
    Le Chill au Diamant; PGJyPg
    Le Zandoli, Pignon Nouvelle Vague and Pignon sur mer aux Trois Ilets;

    Pura Vida and the Blue Pearl in Sainte Luce;

    Beach Blue Rock and XO Bistro at the Diamond;
    PGJyPgPGJyPg
    For lovers of the sea, water activities and for hiking enthusiasts, various and varied trails or circuits, mountainous or coastal.

    Breathtaking sites:

    The Ethnographic Museum, the Schoelcher Library, the Balata Garden and the Fort St Louis with its iguanas in Fort de France PGJyPg

    The Volcano House and the Emerald Estate in Morne Rouge;

    The Pitons of Carbet; PGJyPg
    The Dubuc Castle in Trinidad;

    The islets of François and Robert, Joséphine's Bathtub in Le François; PGJyPg

    The Neisson rum factories in Carbet, Depaz in St Pierre and the Clément house in François;

    The Banana Museum in Sainte Marie;

    The Diamond Rock, the Slave Savannah in Trois Ilets;

    A destination of choice for hikers:

    The caravel, the trace of the Caps, Mount Pelée, the Morne Larcher with its breathtaking view of the sea, the Gorges de la Falaise, the Slave Canal, the Grand and Petit Macabou,...

    Sublime beaches:

    Salines and other beaches of Sainte Anne, beaches of Carbet and Anse Couleuvre/Céron au Prêcheur

    Beaches of Tartane (Trinité), beaches Anse Noire, Anse aux Bois in Anses d'Arlets;

    Travellers, after a day of excursion, discovery of the island or work, will have the pleasure of finding themselves in peace and quiet on the terrace of this superb villa for the traditional Ti punch or other cocktails.
